Esendency is one of the companies based in one of the incubator units in the Knowledge business centre of info lab 21 at Lancaster University, literally next door to the computing department and management school. They have created a real time web based management system that measures the progress of a project or organisation through its strategy towards its vision. About Mark Robinson
Mark Robinson founded Escendency In 2004. Escendency is the author and provider of their web-based SMART (Strategy Mapping and Reporting Technology) system for Organisations, Partnerships and Communities. Before Escendency Mark was a Director of Entropy International, responsible for the business expansion of their newly developed web-based Environmental Management System across Government. Before joining Entropy in 1999 Mark had 22 years experience in management and international sales positions within the microchip industry working for Silicon Valley high technology companies.
