PASCAL's reach in social media continues to grow.  On Twitter (@obspascal) we are now well passed the 8000 posts, and we have over 1800 followers, a number that continues to grow steadily.  PASCAL has been listed 128 times at the time of writing. Our tweets feed through to the PASCAL Facebook page where we are also attracting an increasing number of fans.

New report from Mayors Roundtable - At the Heart of the City: Mayors on the Urban Future

The report “At the Heart of the City: Mayors on the Urban Future” (featured below) encompasses the captivating discussion that occurred during the Mayors Roundtable at the World Urban Forum 6 held in September 2012 in Naples, Italy.

Attended by 400 Mayors and Local Authority Associations, topics such as the financial architecture in countries, job creation strategies, women and youth empowerment and the need for an improved partnership between Ministers and Mayors were passionately debated.

Scenario Planning for Scotland 2025 - a world-leading learning nation

The reports from a programme of work by Scotland's Future Forum and the Goodison Group in Scotland were launched at a gathering in the Scottish Parliament on 4th February.   The programme had involved a series of seminars, roundtable discussions and workshops with a wide range of stakeholder groups across all stages of education, business, the voluntary sector and young people to provide an evidence base.  PASCAL had participated in a workshop bringing together international perspectives as part of this process.
